Yes, all Blæst products have a 20 000 mm water column with several layers of taped sealed seams on the inside of the membrane, making sure water is never allowed to pass.

If you have placed an order, but are still awaiting information about shipping, the order is probably still being processed in our warehouse. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking notification from Bring/Aalesund Protective Wear. 

If you did not receive an order confirmation or you deleted it, you can contact us at hello@blst.world and ask us to send you the order confirmation.  Please leave your name and the email address you used to place your order.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from Bring/Aalesund Protective Wear with a tracking link.

If you have not received it yet, your order is probably still being processed at our warehouse. Our goal is to dispatch the order within the same day as you place your order (on normal working days before 4pm). In some instances, it might be a little longer, especially in periods of high demand, like sales periods or releases of new products. Please have this in mind if you are expecting an order dispatch message.

Order confirmations should be sent to your email address just a few minutes after you have placed your order. In some cases, the order confirmation is filtered out and sorted to your spam/trash folder in your mailbox. So please take a quick peek at any Trash/spam filters in your mail.

You can send an inquiry to hello@blst.world if you wish to change your order. As we strive to fulfill and ship all orders as quickly as possible, your order will be processed by our warehouse shortly after its placed. If your order has already has been processed by our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. 

Unfortunately, we cannot add products to your order. If you want to buy something else from our online store, you must place a new order.

Our goal is to dispatch the order within the same day as you place your order (on normal working days before 4pm). However, during periods of high demand as in our sales periods or exclusive releases, it might take a little longer. Thank you for your patience!

The delivery time is 1-2 days. Kindly note that delivery time commence from the date of dispatch. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will normally be shipped the next business day. We are not able to send to postboxes.

All Blæst orders are shipped from our warehouse in Norway.

All domestic orders from no.blstworld.com are shipped with Bring, and we have free shipping.  

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return.

Please fill out the return form included in your shipment. Your order number, article number and size are mandatory fields. You can find this information in the order confirmation email sent to you.

After you have filled out the form, please follow these steps: 

1. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all identification tags, packaging and seal still attached.

3. Place the item with the return form in the orginal shipping bag or a suitable carton, and seal the package properly.

4. Put the return label you received with your order on the outside of the box. If you have not received this, contact us at hello@blst.world

5. Deliver it at your local post office. Remember to ask Posten/Bring for your return-receipt with tracking number.6. If your return is accepted, your return will be refunded within 14 days from time of arrival.

Please note that for returns of orders placed after 2022.11.01 we will apply a 69 NOK return fee, that will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We practice a 14 days return-period, from the day that you receive your order. Returns that are returned outside the return-period of 14 days can be denied and shipped back to you.

Purchased items are not exchangeable into a different size and/or color. Exchanges are handled in the same manner as a return. You need to place another order of your desired product/size and we will ship this to you while your return/refund are being processed. 

If you have paid for your order with a Klarna invoice, remember to let Klarna know that you are returning something to stop your invoice from reaching its due date. In that way you avoid late fees from Klarna.

If you are awaiting your refund, please check the return shipments tracking, to see if the order has reached our warehouse. If it has reached our warehouse, please check the status of your billing/order with the third-party payment provider you used to complete your purchase.

Chances are the refund is already processed at our end. The refund must also be processed through the payment provider, which can take 1-3 working days.

We do not have any standard practices for compensations or handling of accepted claims. It is important for us to solve claim-cases with creative and sustainable solutions which makes our customers happy and satisfied, so please let us know if you have any good ideas for us to help you with your faulty product.

We do not handle complaints regarding BLÆST products which are not purchased at www.blst.no/no.blstworld.com. If you are having issues with a BLÆST product purchased from a secondary retailer, please contact this particular retailer regarding your claim.

Here are the washing instructions for our winter jackets.

1. Close all zippers, buttons and velcro. Remove all reflexes, and turn the jacket inside out. Remember to close the zipper in front. 

2. Wash the jacket alone on 30º., and preferably with tumble dryer balls. Feel free to use a down program, if your machine does not have this, a gentle washing program can be used.

3. Use a mild detergent, but no bleach or softening or rinsing agents, as they can damage the water-resistant properties and colours of the fabric.

4. Rinse the garment twice. Then gently squeeze out excess water before tumbling at low heat. Take out the jacket and shake or puff up the jacket a occasionally until it is completely dry.

Tumble dry with a couple of clean tennis balls, as this will speed up the process and prevent down clumps.  If needed, the down jacket can be air-dried, laying flat on a towel in a warm dry spot out of direct sunlight. Dry cleaning is not recommended. 

As an add-on you can use water repellent spray on the outside of the garment after washing, for optimal water-resistance. Though this has nothing to do with the waterproof quality of the garment, it does make it easier for water to roll off the outer fabric.

Here is how you wash your Blæst poncho.

If you have got grease stains on your item, we recommend Zalo. Wet the stain, pour a little Zalo directly on it, and leave it on for up to half an hour. Wash the product according to the washing instructions. It is important that the liquid is thoroughly rinsed out of the product before washing due to the risk of over-foaming in the machine.

We do not recommend using Vanish on our products, as this contains bleach.
